Rough Monday? Me too. We all need to treat ourselves on occasion, don’t we? Hygge and all. The world is a tough place! You have to be ready to take it on!
These are things I find or use through the week that I love. It could be something I’m using that’s working really well, something that makes my life easier, or just something cute! I try to mix it up as much as possible.
Most shopping related things are on Amazon, but not always. I also share Etsy and other random sites. Whatever I find interesting that week.
Links are provided for all the items listed. Amazon products are affiliate links so if you make a purchase, I will get a small percentage.

If you are someone who believes there’s almost nothing better than a good book, a hot cup of coffee, and the early morning before anyone else gets up…this is your post.
If a used book store is your idea of the best way to spend a Friday or Saturday night….this is your post.
And if so YOU, my friend, are my kinda people!!

For anyone who likes to munch and read…
I have a social book-ish app on my phone called Litsy where people share reading-themed pictures. (Really cool app with super nice people. If you don’t have it, you should give it a try!)
One of the pictures a user shared on Litsy had one of these nifty little things in it and my world was rocked! You see, I often eat my breakfast alone on the weekends and am forced to scroll on my phone because I only have one free hand (with the other on spoon duty) and who can be expected to hold a book open and turn pages at the same time???
First World Problem solved, my friend!

Aside from the bag I bought at Owl & Turtle in Camden, ME, this is my favorite book bag! I love a banned book!

For the ol’ sniffer….
This is simply genius! Found in the ‘handmade’ section of Amazon (which I didn’t previously know existed) I find to be a huge plus for this product! Also available in loads of other scents like Old Book, Rainy Day Reads, Sherlock’s Study. It’s amazing what you can put in a jar these days.
A little steep at $18 each, but it’s a bookstore!

I’m one of those people who carries a book with me wherever I go. Seriously, it’s like my security blanket! Right now I’m working my way through Needful Things by Stephen King, which, if you’ve not seen it lately is 700+ pages and around 5 pounds. This monstrosity is left at home because I value my back, but even then I make sure I have my Kindle with me!
Soon I’m hoping to kick up a regular book review post and am working out the logistics on that at the moment.
In the meantime….
